The Crazy Penguin Catapult App for the iPhone is a very quirky little game - and it is exactly what it sounds like it is, by the name. You have a quest in the game, to fight your way through all the Polar Bears on the map by catapulting Penguins at them to save a stranded Penguin. You can get special weapons, like sending 2 Penguins per catapult shot, or make your Penguins "flaming". There is a free "Lite" version, give it a try. If you love it and laugh as hard as I was, go with the upgrade as well. I've got Penguins to fling through the air now. Bye. Word Warp is a free App for the iPhone. You start with 6 letters and 2 minutes, and you have to get as many words as possible. You can adjust the time as low as 1 minute up to 30 minutes or select "untimed". I'll admit, I failed miserably at this game. Maybe I was tired? Yeah that's it. I was tired. I guess I don't use words like "rues" and "ruse" every day and "uppers" isn't on the top of my mind usually. You can press the "Warp" button and it'll re-scramble the letters for you. Click the letters in order to form a word then click "Got it". Word Warp is the epitome of frustration for me, knowing there are a certain number of words I could kind, and not finding them. Not for me, but it might be for you. Enjoy. Ok Price is Right fans... It's your time to shine. The gameplay of The Price is Right App for the iPhone is probably as close to real as I could imagine on a mobile device. The only complaint I have, is the App is a little laggy, but the App itself was 84.7MB, easily one of the largest App's for the iPhone. I failed a lot, and didn't get to the Showcase Showdown either of the 2 times I've played so far, but I got to spin the wheel - and that's enough to make any lover of the show excited, I promise you. I got to play Plinko and Cliffhangers, and the sounds are quite realistic. They do the noise of the Plinko chip dropping, and the yodeling for the Cliffhangers game. All around, it's a fun App, which gives a different gameplay each time. So next time your cable goes out, and you need your Price is Right fix, make sure you've got this App ready to go. The Checkers App for the iPhone has all the perfect options you'd want in it. You can choose 1 player vs. the computer, 2 player, or the odd one for when you get REALLY REALLY bored - computer vs. computer. I can't imagine ever watching a computer play against itself in checkers. To each his own. You can set the first move to red or black or make it random. You can turn sound on and off, and (this is my favorite part) you can turn forced jumps on and off (I hate forced jumps). There are ads at the bottom but they aren't obtrusive. The game makes it simple to know where your Kings are as well - and an Undo option is included right on the top of the screen - which is gold for any iPhone app given the possibility of an occasional missed touch. Great free app. Enjoy. Zen Pinball: Rollercoaster is a kick-ass (can I say that on The Internet?!) pinball experience for the iPhone. It's full 3D with "bumpers, ramps, towers, and run lanes galore"! You can shake your phone to bump the table, and tilt left to right as well. You touch the corners of your screen to use each respective flipper. The audio is great too! If you like real pinball you will enjoy this game. [ratings] [simpleviewer=34,500,382] Author Website: http://www.publisherx.com/products/zenpinballrollercoaster.htm

reMovem is a simple game. You select spreads of the same color, as little as two, that are "touching" to remove them from the grid of dots. The larger the quantity of touching dots that you remove per turn, the higher your score. If you've ever played Bubble Breaker or Jaw Breaker, it's the same type of gameplay. It's been my better half's game of choice for quite some time now. I've played enough, although the simplicity of it did satisfy me for quite some time. Recommended. Dear Dactyl, I hate you. Kthxbai. I actually love to hate Dactyl because while it's a challenging game, it's also addictive. The premise for the game is simple. There are a bunch of bombs that you need to defuse by touching them very quickly once their fuse is lit. A lit fuse is indicated by the bomb glowing red. If any single bomb's fuse burns to the end that bomb will explode and it's game over for you. The game is very fast paced and fun. Knock yourself out. If you like Dactyl, then you may also enjoy Dactyl 2. [ratings] [simpleviewer=25,500,382] Author Website:http://mauvilasoftware.com/iphone/
