Surf Report

If you surf and own an iPhone or iPod Touch you’re doing yourself a disservice by not having the Oakley & Surfline Surf Report App. I surf (Central Florida) and I use this app very frequently to see what’s going on with conditions in the area.

This app also has many cool features that go above and beyond a simple surf report. It has a “favorites” system to bookmark frequented spots, you can use GPS to see spots and reports near you, view photos and video of the Oakley team, link out to the Maps application to see a map of the spot you’re checking, and much more. Have a look at the gallery below to see some of the features in action. I am writing this review during a North Shore Winter so I chose Pipeline to feature in the gallery. It’s pretty epic there at the time of this post.
